At 140 m², this Essence T3 was conceived to turn a modern family’s everyday life into moments of wellbeing. The L-shaped layout organises the house intuitively: it creates a circulation axis separating social and private areas and frames an outdoor core that extends the living area with possibilities, a garden, a courtyard or a terrace. Set on a reinforced concrete slab with a Light Steel Frame (LSF) structure, it delivers thermal and acoustic performance, robustness and organisation, without ever giving up architectural elegance.
